What do I need to bring to my initial consultation?
You don’t need to bring anything. It can be helpful to write down the products you currently use, how long you’ve been using them for, and any questions you have around specific treatment pathways.
How long do your initial consultations run for?
Our initial consultations run from 20 to 30 minutes (depending on whether you meet with a registered nurse or skin therapist).
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes, we do. Our skin and beauty services are designed for all genders.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes, for most advanced skin treatments (such as chemical peels), you’ll need a consultation to check your suitability and tailor the treatment to your needs.
What should I do before I receive a skin treatment?
