How long do lash lifts typically last?
Lash lifts typically last 4–6 weeks and tints typically last 2–3 weeks. That timeframe can vary based on your aftercare and natural lash growth cycle. For example, the first 24–48 hours are critical – keep your eyes away from steam, water, and makeup. After that, it’s a good idea to avoid waterproof mascara (which is bad for your lash health anyway) and anything that compresses your lashes (such as eye masks or sleeping on your face).
How is a lash lift and tint performed?
Firstly, your lashes will be cleansed to remove away any makeup and oils. This is then followed by a 2-step process of a lifting solution which will allow your lash to be reshaped. Followed by a setting solution, which rebonds the lashes to their new shape. Once this process is complete the lashes are tinted to make them darker, giving them a more fuller look.
What is the post-care treatment for lash lifts and tints?
No, we don’t. Microblading is an invasive treatment that permanently stains your skin – which is a problem if you decide you don’t like the look or want to try a different style. Some microblading pigments also contain heavy metals and allergens, so we prefer to work with more natural treatments like tinting and lamination.
How long does a brow lamination treatment last?
Brow lamination can last 6–8 weeks depending on your hair growth. It is a great way to enhance natural brows to give a polished look.
How is a brow lamination performed?
Brow lamination is a 2-step process. Once the brows are cleansed and prepped a lifting solution is applied to break down the bonds in the hair making it more pliable to reshape. Once combed into the desired shape the second step is applied setting the hairs, re-establishing the bonds of the hair and locking them into shape.
What is the post-care treatment for brow lamination?
Avoid getting lashes being around heavy steam, getting wet and applying mascara for 24 to 48 hours to prolong treatment.
